We have e-commerce shops on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and blissisg.com. However, we do not have a physical store at the moment in order to keep costs low and deliver you quality products with affordable prices!
Whatever colour you choose is completely your choice! Whether you choose a shade that matches your skin tone or is the polar opposite, as long as you like it, we support your choice! However, if you are wearing a sheer or white top and don’t want the nipple covers to be seen, we would encourage you to choose a shade close to your skin tone.
We love being comfortable, secure and confident. Unlike traditional bras, our nipple covers have no sharp edges, wires or corners. They are also ultra-seamless to ensure that they remain invisible so you can show off your outfit confidently. They’re also adhesive, keeping you secure without any stress on your shoulders from the traditional bra straps.
We have the widest range of sizes in the market, offering nipple covers up to 12cm in diameter! Our 12cm nipple covers also come with incredible ultra-seamless edges that are invisible even under the tightest clothes. We also have a wide range of colours to cater to various skin tones as we believe that providing such options is the best way to advocate for body positivity and to boost every girl’s confidence! However, more than just colours and sizes, we also care for the health and comfort of our BLISSI SISTARs. That’s why we were insistent on having our products made of medical-grade silicone and hypoallergenic adhesives.
You will not be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed, but we’ll try our best to help. However, if your order has been collected by our logistics partners, we may not be able to retrieve it.

Note: Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we’ll try our best to minimise this.
We know the terms can get a little confusing, so we've broken them down for you!
Pending Payment
We are in the midst of verifying/updating your order status. If payment is successful, your order status will be updated to 'Processing'. If payment is unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled within an hour.
We regret to inform you that you won't be able to continue payment for the previous order. Please allow 30 minutes for the cancellation to process before attempting to place your order again.
Cancelled
Not to worry, if your order has been automatically canceled in the system, you can still use the same promo code on your next order once the failed order has been canceled in our system. Any Gift Cards or Store Credits used will be automatically credited to your account. Please allow 30 minutes for the cancellation to process before attempting to place your order again.

Delivered
If you chose for your parcel to be delivered, this means it has reached your address as stated in your order. If you’ve opted to pick up the parcel at a designated pick-up location, it’s waiting to go home with you!
If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes, it is very likely that the order was unsuccessful and will be cancelled automatically. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to avoid the disappointment of your favoured items going out-of-stock!

Received a defective product? Here’s how you can apply for a return/exchange! Fill in the form here and email it to us! Please note that items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange, refund or return:
items that have no defects and comply with the order placed;
items delivered more than thirty (30) days ago;
inner wear including but not limited to our nipple covers and underwear;
free gifts, including but not limited to gifts with purchase and giveaway products;
products purchased with promotional codes, discounts, sale or other reduced or special prices; and
items that have been used, washed, altered (including but not limited to any removal of tags, stickers or markings, and any modification of the product’s appearance, quantity or quality) or otherwise changed from time of delivery.
